Good fat burner for specific purpose

If you’re looking for a weight-loss pill with toning and mental health ingredients, then I think Muscle Elements 212 is a good choice. If you just need a general fat-burner, this product probably shouldn’t be your first choice.

There’s a new full-spectrum fat burner in town: Muscle Elements 212. This capsule supplement is advertised to do it all, from increased metabolism to toning.

I had to see if this product was as good as it’s claimed to be, so I took a closer look at what Muscle Elements 212 has to offer.

What’s In It?

Muscle Elements 212 has three proprietary ingredients blends, each of which has a fancy-sounding name.

I generally don’t like proprietary blends because they don’t list the individual ingredient dosages, which makes evaluating a product difficult.

Let’s take a look at what the ingredients actually do.

Thermogenic & Nootropic Blend

Thermogenesis is simply heat production in the body, generally through increased metabolism. The rationale is that boosting fat burning also boosts heat, so a thermogenic blend helps you lose weight faster.

Nootropic refers to brain health, which is an oft-neglected aspect of weight loss.

The main ingredient in this blend is undoubtedly caffeine anhydrous, one of the most popular supplement ingredients on the market. It is used to increase metabolism and energy levels, making exercise and fat loss easier. [1]

Supporting caffeine is synephrine HCL, the active ingredient in bitter orange extract. Numerous studies have found synephrine improves resting metabolic rate and moderate weight loss. [2]

The final weight loss compound in this blend is yohimbine, which has been well-studied for its effects on alpha-2 receptors, which increase fat-burning ability. [3]

The only brain ingredient included is vinpocetine, a natural compound that has been shown to improve cognitive function. [4]

Fat Oxidation & Core Temperature Elements

I’m not sure why Muscle Elements has separated this blend from the previous mix. They both contain ingredients that improve fat burning.

Evodiamine specifically enhances fat oxidation by regulating certain hormones. [5]

Bioperine is simple the pungent part of black pepper. It improves the body’s ability absorb and use other ingredients. [6]

Definition & Tightening Elements

This blend is evidently designed to decrease bloating and water weight for a “tight, dry” look.

Dandelion root increases urine production, flushing out excess water. [7]

Juniper berry extract mainly treats inflammation but can also reduce water retention. [8]

Uva ursi rounds out the blend by reducing bloating and water retention. [9]

Honestly, I’m surprised by the quality of ingredients in Muscle Elements 212. I dislike proprietary blends, but there aren’t any sketchy fillers or unknown factors here.

While the individual ingredient amounts aren’t listed, there is solid science backing up the effectiveness of each compound.

How Much Does It Cost?

For a relatively new product, Muscle Elements 212 is available from a variety of retailers from $34 – $50 for a 60-capsule bottle, depending on the store.

The official site has the highest price, which is normal, at $50. The best deal I could find was from eSupplements, where it was listed for $34 with free shipping. However, it is currently out of stock.

The dosage instructions require 2 capsules/day, which comes out to a little more than $1/day, which is slightly expensive.

Are There Any Side Effects?

Most of the ingredient in Muscle Elements 212 are pretty benign and free of harmful side effects. The only one that I would be hesitant about is caffeine.

If you are sensitive to caffeine, or stimulants in general, you should probably avoid Muscle Elements 212.

How Do I Take It?

Taking Muscle Elements 212 is simple. The label says:

Take 1 capsule on an empty stomach upon waking and assess tolerance to add additional capsule. Take 1 capsule after lunch. Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 24 hour period.

Should I Buy It?

I’m torn on Muscle Elements 212. On one hand, the ingredients are backed by proven, clinical research, and dosage is simple.

However, proprietary blends make me nervous, and the price is a little higher than I would like.

If you’re looking for a weight-loss pill with toning and mental health ingredients, then I think Muscle Elements 212 is a good choice. If you just need a general fat-burner, this product probably shouldn’t be your first choice.
