Good advanced fat burner

I like Muscle Elements 212 Powder and highly recommend it. It has effective amounts of ingredients clearly listed, with stated goals and a good price.

However, this product is not a general-use weight-loss supplements. The tightening and definition ingredients show that it’s designed for individuals trying to burn off the last few pounds and reach their goals soon.

Muscle Elements has a new weight-loss product, 212 Powder, advertised as a fat incinerator.

I’ve already reviewed the first version of this product 212 Capsule, so I was excited to see a new form available. While the basic formula is the same, 212 Powder has a few unique tricks up its sleeve.

The Ingredients

While 212 Powder has the same three proprietary blends as 212 Capsules, there is one change that made all the difference: The individual ingredient amounts are listed.

The lack of ingredient transparency was my main hang-up on the capsule form; I’m glad Muscle Elements has corrected that mistake in the Powder.

Thermogenic & Nootropic Blend

The first ingredient blend includes several metabolism increases and a brain-boosting ingredient.

Caffeine Anhydrous – 200 mg

Caffeine is the king of supplement ingredients. It drastically cuts fatigue, provides an energy boost, and has been shown to increase metabolism and water output, assisting in short and long-term weight loss. [1]

Muscle Elements 212 Powder contains 200 mg of caffeine, a relatively large amount for a fat burner.

Synephrine HCL

This all-natural compound is the active ingredient in bitter orange and has been used for years for its fat-burning properties.

Synephrine works by improving resting metabolism, or how much fat the body burns when you’re not exercising. This allows for greater fat loss in and out of the gym. [2]

PEA (Phenylethylamine) – 100 mg

Phenylethylamine is a nootropic ingredient, meaning it affects neurotransmitters in the brain.

Studies show PEA significantly increases mental clarity while improving mood and brain performance. [3]

Fat Oxidation and Core Temperature Elements

Fat oxidation is the usage of stored fats for energy. The greater the rate of fat oxidation, the faster weight is lost.

Green Coffee Bean – 150 mg

Green coffee bean has quickly become one of the most-used weight-loss ingredients on the market, and for good reason. The unroasted bean contains large amounts of chlorogenic acid.

Chlorogenic acid works by inhibiting the storage of sugar as fat. This not only prevents fat stores but also forces the body to burn existing fat for energy.

Studies show that simply taking chlorogenic acid is able to significantly boost fat loss without changing diet or exercise. [4]

BioPerine – 5 mg

This compound has become a staple in hundreds of products. BioPerine is what gives black pepper its signature kick and has been shown to increase to absorption and effects of other weight-loss ingredients. [5]

Definition & Tightening Elements – 300 mg

Getting toned muscles and a “tight” physique can be difficult, but Muscle Elements 212 Powder includes there ingredients to help.

Dandelion root, juniper berry, and uva ursi leaf all increase urinary output, helping you shed unnecessary water weight and dramatically reduce bloating. [6] [7] [8]

There are effective amounts of all ingredients, with no useless fillers or unknown factors. I’m very pleased with the blend.

Where Can You Buy It?

Muscle Elements 212 Powder is available from a variety of stores, including the official Muscle Elements Website.

The best price seems to be BodyBuilding.com, for $31.99 + shipping.

I was disappointed to see that eSupplements.com doesn’t yet offer it. They were my choice for the capsule form because of free shipping, but perhaps they simply haven’t gotten the powder in stock.

Unfortunately, Muscle Elements 212 Powder is sold out at both the official site and BodyBuilding.com.

How Does It Taste?

There’s only one available flavor: Orange. Thankfully, it’s pretty mild, without any aftertaste. It mixed fine for me in about 8 ounces of water, slightly more than the instructions indicate.

How Do You Take It?

Dosage instructions are pretty simple:

Mix 1 scoop with 4 to 6 ounces of water on an empty stomach before breakfast. For maximum results a seconds serving can be taken mid-afternoon or 5 hours before sleep. Do not take more than 2 doses in a 24-hour period

Is It A Good Choice?

I like Muscle Elements 212 Powder and highly recommend it. It has effective amounts of ingredients clearly listed, with stated goals and a good price.

However, this product is not a general-use weight-loss supplements. The tightening and definition ingredients show that it’s designed for individuals trying to burn off the last few pounds and reach their goals soon.

If you fit that description, Muscle Elements 212 Powder is a great choice.
