Muscle Elements PreCre
Muscle Elements PreCre is exactly how it sounds, a pre-workout supplement that contains several ingredients, including multiple forms of creatine. It is designed to increase strength, power, muscle mass, and mental focus.
I got my hands on a bottle and did some research on the ingredients. This review will help you decide whether Muscle Elements PreCre is worth checking out. Needless to say, I was surprised with what I found.
What’s Inside Muscle Elements PreCre
There are several ingredients in Muscle Elements PreCre. I’m not going to run through each ingredient, but I will discuss some key ingredients in its formula.
CreaPure
CreaPure is a brand form of creatine monohydrate, one of the most popular forms of creatine. Creatine monohydrate is used to improve energy within the muscles for enhanced anaerobic exercise. [1]
CarnoSyn
CarnoSyn is beta-alanine, a non-essential amino acid, which is used to ameliorate athletic performance and lean muscle mass. [2]
Caffeine Anhydrous
This stimulant is used to enhance power output during workouts. Caffeine has been used to increase energy during times of fatigue and grogginess, like workouts in the morning. [3]
PTS-Surge
This trademarked compound includes piceid, resveratrol, and pterostilbene, among other ingredients. These ingredients are used to ameliorate blood flow, most notably pterostilbene. [4]
The ingredient profile is great. Muscle Elements went above and beyond with this pre-workout and creatine supplement. If you are looking for a well-rounded pre-workout, PreCre is definitely worth checking out.
How Should You Use PreCre?
Muscle Elements PreCre should be used in conjunction with exercise. For maximum results, mix 1 scoop with 6-8 ounces of water about 15-20 minutes before your workout.
You can control how strong the flavor is by experimenting with water amounts. I got to try the watermelon flavor out, and it was delicious when I mixed it with 8 ounces –I like my flavors more subtle.
It mixed well. I didn’t notice any clumping or settling, which is awesome.
