Advanced Muscle-Growth Support
PhosphaGrow SX-7 has some seriously impressive ingredients. It’s clinically-proven, with high ingredients amounts in a simple blend. However, that $100 price tag is so high. I think I’ll have to wait for a better deal. Hopefully MuscleTech will make PhosphaGrow SX-7 available in more stores so we can see it become more affordable.

PhosphaGrow SX-7 is a brand-new supplements from the award-winning company MuscleTech.
The company claims this new product uses state-of-the-art technology and ingredients to dramatically and quickly increase muscle mass.
Anything that sounds too good to be true usually is, so I was pretty skeptical when I saw PhosphaGrow SX-7. Let’s take a closer look.
What’s Under the Cap?
As the name implies, PhosphaGrow SX-7 contains phosphatidic acid. This is a relatively rare ingredient, and MuscleTech has chosen to use a special form for maximum results: Mediator® PA
Mediator® PA is simply a refined form of phosphatidic acid and has been shown to increase mTOR signaling up to 600%. [1]
mTOR signaling is an often-forgotten part of muscle regeneration. It is a protein that regulates cell growth, specifically muscles. Basically, increased mTOR signaling means increased muscle growth.
One study found subjects were able to gain 5 pounds of muscle mass and increase their leg press strength by more than 100 pounds in just 8 weeks. [1]
While we don’t know the exact amount of phosphatidic acid in PhosphaGrow SX-7, the entire proprietary blend of 3 ingredients is more than 1500 mg.
The study used 750 mg, so as long as half of PhosphaGrow SX-7’s proprietary blend is phosphatidic acid, it will equal the proven amount.
PhosphaGrow SX-7 also uses eurycoma longifolia, which is widely used in muscle-growth products to increase testosterone levels. [2]
The final ingredients Astragalus root, has been shown to increase exercise performance. [3]
How Much Does It Cost?
Currently, PhosphaGrow SX-7 is only available through GNC.com. $100, or $80 for GNC members, plus $4 shipping.
Each bottle contains 28 servings, so you’re paying about $3.75/serving. I’m all for high-quality products, but that price is quite high.
Thankfully, PhosphaGrow SX-7 is easy to take. Simple take 5 softgels daily, 30 minutes before exercise on training days.
Should I Buy It?
I’m conflicted about PhosphaGrow SX-7. On one hand, it has some seriously impressive ingredients. I’d love to increase mTOR by 600%; that would be a huge boost to my training goals.
However, that $100 price tag is so high. I think I’ll have to wait for a better deal. Hopefully MuscleTech will make PhosphaGrow SX-7 available in more stores so we can see it become more affordable.
