Both Mutant STIMUTANT formulas have powerful ingredients. But are these the best ingredients for burning fat, boosting energy, and increasing alertness?

Since the company hides dosages, I can’t determine if Mutant STIMUTANT has safe, effective amounts. And, there are no user reviews yet.

A few ingredients are supported by scientific data, but overall, these formulas lack sufficient research to prove the ingredients are safe and effective. However, Mutant STIMUTANT may provide weight loss results for many. If you are interested in Mutant STIMUTANT, I recommend starting with the lowest dose to assess benefits and how you respond to the ingredients. Once you have assessed tolerance, you can increase to the recommended amount.

“Getting in shape is for ‘fitness models,'” says the Mutant STIMUTANT website. “Freaky peeled-to-the-bone definition is for mutants.”

Mutant makes products for weight and strength gain, post and pre-workout, and protein supplementation. But, Mutant STIMUTANT is the company’s first fat loss product. In their words, it’s designed to…

• Stimulate fat shredding
• Ignite hellfire focus and intensity
• Crank you up high and longer than ever

Besides intensifying muscle definition, these results are supposed to give users greater focus and better performance during workouts.

Before you buy Mutant STIMUTANT, let’s dig in to the dirty details. Is Mutant STIMUTANT a safe, effective fat-loss supplement?

The U.S. Formula

Mutant makes a U.S. and an international STIMUTANT formula. All the ingredients are different, except nicotinic acid and piperine. Here’s what the U.S. formula contains:

DiCaffeine Malate. When caffeine is combined with malic acid, it becomes easier on the stomach. DiCaffeine Malate enhances fat burning through thermogenesis and stimulates the central nervous system to heighten energy and focus.[1]

Caffeine Anhydrous. “Anhydrous” means it’s dehydrated, or in other words, it’s caffeine in powder-form. Caffeine anhydrous burns fat and increases energy and alertness. Clinical research shows it boosts thermogenesis by 8-11%.[2]

Naringin. Derived from grapefruit, naringin contains antioxidants, which reduce oxidative stress and enhance nutrient bioavailability.[3]

Beta-Phenylethylamine. It functions as a neurotransmitter, and therefore has psychoactive and stimulant effects. Beta-phenylethylamine is most commonly used to enhance mood and feelings of well-being, but supporting evidence is lacking.[4]

Hordenine HCL. Because it’s related to phenylethylamine and synephrine, hordenine HCL is said to stimulate the central nervous system and boost metabolism. However, there is little research to support these claims.

Yohimbine HCL – The chemical yohimbine increases blood flow and nerve impulses. It’s used in supplements to strengthen erections, burn fat, and boost energy. Some research supports the claim that yohimbine is an ergogenic aid, but more studies are needed.[5]

Nicotinic Acid – Many people call nicotinic acid “niacin,” but this term is too broad. Nicotinic acid is just one niacin form. It’s supposed to enhance blood flow and it may reduce cholesterol levels.[6]

Piperine – Black pepper gets its strong taste from the alkaloid piperine. It has mild fat-burning effects, but mainly, piperine is used to enhance nutrient absorption and delivery.[7]

The International Formula

The international formula does not contain yohimbine, an ingredient banned in Canada, Australia, and the UK. Consequently, it has to make up for this potent ingredient with other stimulants.

Coffea Arabica Extract – Believed to be the oldest coffee species, coffea arabica is high in caffeine (about 98%). As you know, research shows caffeine burns fat, increases energy, and improves focus.[1][2]

Grapefruit Extract – Most likely the same ingredient as the naringin in the U.S. formula, grapefruit extract is rich in antioxidants.[8]

Green Coffee Bean – Coffee beans are green before they are roasted. Unroasted, green coffee beans are also a better source for antioxidants and chlorogenic acid than roasted coffee beans. According to research, chlorogenic acid burns fat, breaks down fat cells, and inhibits fat production.[9]

Theobroma Cacao – These seeds are used to make cocoa powder and thus chocolate. But, the seeds themselves are also beneficial. Researchers say theobroma cacao lowers blood pressure and improves blood circulation.[10]

Nicotinic Acid – (see the U.S. formula)

Piperine – (see the U.S. formula)

The Low-Down on Proprietary Blends

Each Mutant STIMUTANT product combines all its ingredients into a proprietary blend:

• U.S. formula: 376 mg
• International formula: 399 mg

The problem with proprietary blends is they keep consumers in the dark by hiding individual dosages. I need to see the dosages to know if Mutant STIMUTANT has safe, effective amounts – especially since there are several powerful stimulants.

However, the entire proprietary blend amount is fairly small, which leads me to believe that some of these ingredients may not be formulated effectively. It’s hard to gauge, thought.

Are the Ingredients Safe?

I can’t say for sure that all Mutant STIMUTANT’s ingredients are safe because there isn’t enough research. However, there are some side effects associated with higher amounts of yohimbine HCL.

Yohimbine HCL is only available by prescription in most countries. According to medical professionals, yohimbine HCL may cause…

• Nausea and vomiting
• Anxiety
• Rashes
• Insomnia
• Kidney failure
• Rapid heartbeat
• Heart attacks[11]

If you consume dosages larger than 100 mg, yohimbine HCL is potentially fatal.[11]

Where Is Mutant STIMUTANT Sold?

Mutant STIMUTANT’s website (iammutant.com) has a store page where Mutant products are sold worldwide. But, the company also provides a list of other retailers who sell Mutant products in the U.S. and internationally.

On the official website, Mutant STIMUTANT costs $49.99 and shipping in the U.S. is $5.

Mutant STIMUTANT is also sold by these retailers in the U.S.:

• Netrition.com – $33.99
• eSupplements.com – $39.99
• Supplementing.com – $39.99

The international formula is mostly sold to Canada. Retailers include GNC, SupplementsCanada.com, and Popeye’s.
