USPlabs Ultimate-T is a testosterone-boosting supplement. For those that may be unaware, USPlabs Ultimate-T doesn’t provide synthetic testosterone; rather, it helps the body naturally produce more testosterone.
Under the Cap
This T-boosting supplement contains only a couple ingredients. Here’s a look at what I discovered while researching them:
Symplocos Racemosa (Bark) Extract
This ingredient was found to increase FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone). In males, LH triggers testosterone secretion in the testicles, and FSH improves sperm production. [1]
I was unable to find any human clinical studies confirming symplocos racemosa’s T-boosting effects.
Withania Somnifera (Root) Extract (KSM66)
This root is often supplemented with to improve sperm quality, function, and count. [2] Some speculate that this ingredient also may improve luteinizing hormone levels, which in turn would support testosterone production.
Spilanthes Acmella (Flower) Extract (SpilanTEST)
During an animal study, supplementing with this ingredient for 28-days has been shown to increase natural testosterone levels. [3] Whether its testosterone-boosting effects are as effective in humans, I am not sure.
Eurycoma Longifolia (Root) Extract
This ingredient boosts natural testosterone production in both animals and humans. [4] Consequently, supplementing with this ingredient for an extended period of time should improve testosterone levels and also possibly benefit sperm quality.
The ingredient profile looks decent. Most of the ingredients are promising, save a couple that are still to subject to human clinical tests.
How Should You USE USPlabs Ultimate-T?
Several third party sites indicate you should take 2 capsules in the morning and another 2 capsules about 6-8 hours after.
You can take each serving with or without food, it is up to you.
I suggest starting out with a smaller dose to assess tolerance. Once you’ve assessed tolerance, you can increase to the recommended amount per day.
Make sure to be consistent with use. I speculate that you’ll need to supplement with USPlabs Ultimate-T for at least a couple weeks before you start to notice any benefits.
Pricing and Availability
Each bottle provides 60 servings (120 capsules). When used as directed, one bottle will last 30 days.
There are several places to purchase Ultimate-T, but here are the best deals I could find:
